Section 01

1Introduction

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on jili777 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information updated. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on jili777 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration. Circumventing a self-exclusion arrangement is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Others: You must be acting on your own behalf and for your personal use only. Operating an Account on behalf of, or in conjunction with, another person is prohibited.

4Account Registration & Security

To access jili777's services, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to your Account at all times:

• Registration Process: You agree to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and any other information requested during registration. All submitted information must be truthful and verifiable.
• Credentials Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify jili777 immediately via the contact details listed in Section 16 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jili777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
• Account Verification: jili777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to withdrawal, or upon detection of suspicious activity. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jili777 support. Upon closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to you following verification, subject to deduction of any outstanding bonuses subject to active wagering requirements.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

jili777 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) through the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited instantly. FPX and online banking transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect) typically process within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to the respective bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified Accounts that have completed the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times will be communicated in the Platform's payment information section.
• Own Funds Requirement: All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the jili777 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in voiding of associated funds and Account suspension.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit. jili777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Records: Players are responsible for maintaining their own records of all deposits and withdrawals. jili777 provides transaction history within the Account dashboard for this purpose.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in MYR. jili777 does not accept or process deposits in other currencies.

6Bonuses & Promotions

jili777 may from time to time offer bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, free spins, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are disclosed in the terms of each promotion. Players are strongly encouraged to read these terms before opting in.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: jili777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Eligibility: Not all promotions are available to all players. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, account status, and geographic restrictions, will be disclosed in each offer's terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms where applicable.
• Withdrawal of Deposit Before Rollover: If a Player withdraws their deposit amount while an active bonus is in play and the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

By participating in any game or placing any wager on jili777, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Random Number Generation: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independently tested for statistical fairness and are not influenced by the Platform or any third party.

• Finality of Results: Game results and bet outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. Technical errors or interruptions that occur during gameplay will be handled in accordance with jili777's fair play policy, and resolutions will be communicated to the Player concerned.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets, including football markets (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions), UFC, basketball, and other events, are subject to jili777's sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change prior to settlement and are confirmed at the time a bet is accepted.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a system malfunction or technical error that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, jili777 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Players concerned. Winnings generated from a confirmed malfunction shall not be honoured.

8Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with jili777:

• Opening more than one Account (whether in the same name or using different identities or payment methods)
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information at any stage
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other Players, game providers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Laundering money or using jili777 to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's software, games, or bonus systems
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of jili777's technical infrastructure
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in relation to legitimate jili777 transactions
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions

Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9Account Suspension & Termination

jili777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering indicators, or criminal conduct
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 21
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Account holder or their payment provider
• Inactivity of the Account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy)
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require restriction of service

Upon Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jili777 reserves the right to withhold any pending balance or bonus funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the jili777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jili777 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Unauthorised use of jili777's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, profits, or winnings resulting from technical errors, system outages, or interruptions beyond jili777's reasonable control
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials
• Any outcomes in games of chance, which are inherently uncertain and subject to probability
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers

jili777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jili777 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and jili777 shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an agreed arbitration body.

Before escalating any dispute, Players are required to submit a formal complaint to jili777's support team as detailed in Section 16 below. jili777 will endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory applicable consumer protection laws of your local jurisdiction.
